We will have rabbit meat available sometime in November or December 2010. 

Here is a list of pricing, these are subject to change once we have meat available and figure in costs and the average weight of the packages.  But this will give you an idea of what to expect, since we raise meat rabbits to feed our own dogs and ourselves, this meat would be great for owners who feed their animals raw diets.

We can not guarantee availability, it will depend on if each doe conceives and when they conceive.  Right now we plan to breed one doe every 2 weeks to try and space out when we have meat available for ourselves and for sale.  We will hopefully expand in the future if we have enough interest in what we offer so we should have better availability of meat, dried ears and pelts.

I will update this page frequently with what we do and don't have available at the current time.
If you are interested in any meat, please try to contact me before slaughtering (dates will be posted when we are breeding) so that I can prepare the meat to your order.  Remember availability will be limited until we expand (if we have enough interest)

Whole Rabbits (skinned with all organs, no guts, no head, no feet) $3.00 per pound
Whole Rabbits, 10  or more - $2.90 per pound

Whole Rabbits (not skinned with all organs and guts) - $2.50 per pound
Whole Rabbits, 10 or more - $2.40 per pound

Dressed Rabbits (skinned with organs removed, no head, no feet) - $2.75 per pound
Dressed Rabbits, 10 or more - $2.65 per pound

Organs (mix of heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, etc.) - $1.00 per pound


Other parts
Rabbit heads (ears/fur on.  Frozen fresh, NOT dehydrated, unprocessed, just frozen) - $1.00 each
Single foot only (Misc size, does contain bone, nails, fur) - $0.25 each
Tails only (Misc size, fur on, does contain a small piece of cartilage/bone) - $ 0.25 each
Ears (frozen fresh) - $0.25 each
Ears (dehydrated) - $0.35 each

If you would like to order any of these items, they will either be picked up at our home or we could bring them to a race meet, coursing trial or show that we will be attending.
