Rupert finished the year 2007 as the AKC Lure Coursing #1 Dual Champion, #2 Whippet & #2 Sighthound and 2008 as the AKC Lure Coursing #6 Whippet.

Rupert finished quickly at 13 months old from the Bred By Exhibitor class, shown only by Shannon Lyons.  He has proved to excel on the field too.  He finished the year 2006 in the ASFA Top 20 and finished the year 2007 AKC LCing #1 Dual Champion, #2 Whippet & #2 Sighthound!  His best quality is his personality and temperament, a goof ball from birth - he always has a smile on his face!  His first litter was out of "Fiona" - NSBOS Ch. Summit Beautiful Stranger - producing 5 beautiful puppies, 3 of which are doing very well in their venues.  One who is a FC already and will start showing this year, another who is major pointed towards her show Championship and another who is a UKC Ch. and pointed towards his AKC Ch.  We are extremely excited about his first litter, which produced 5 beautiful puppies out of "Fiona" - NSBOS Ch. Summit Beautiful Stranger - which has already produced an AKC FC, a U-Ch, and a daughter major point towards her Ch.  His second litter ouf ot "Anna" FC Shannon Down In Your Eyes MC, FCh (needs 1 major for bench Ch/DC) produced 11 gorgeous puppies, many of which will try their paws at showing, coursing and racing and though they are still young there is one who is already pointed towards his ASFA FCh and another who is living in Holland and already a Dutch Jr. Ch.  His third litter out of DC Wyndancer's Standing Ovation SC, FCh, CR produced 6 lovely puppies who are maturing very nicely and should do great in the show ring and on the coursing field!  Listed below are his kids that are titled or currently working towards a title, watch as we add more to his list!

Rupert is pretty much retired from the coursing field and does still occasionally get out on the race track to stretch his legs and have some fun.  Rupert is still a big goof ball and oh so smart, he quickly learned that if he sits he gets a treat and if we were so inclined I think he would do wonderful at obedience and rally and maybe even agility, he's very agile and loves to jump over things, but for now he just spends his days passed out on the couch and keeping everyone in their place.
